I was able to visit Dr. Hovind this last Friday August 24 with three of my children, and we met the girl and her two children and another girl she brought. Dr. Hovind had six children to entertain and teach math and science skills and allusions, right there at the Federal Prison. We trust the Lord knows what He is doing, and even the wrath of man shall praise Him. In the midst of barbed wire, concrete, drug dealers and common crooks, watchtowers and surveillance cameras, guns and iron bars, creation evangelism was continuing for the next generation of young children who were as sheep among wolves, or as the three Hebrews in the fiery furnace, unscathed; or as Daniel in the lion's den — safe and sound.
"The twig is bent, the tree inclined, and so the heart and soul and mind." If only those prisoners had learned creation evangelism from the Bible when they were young, they wouldn't have ended up in such a place, except for the Gospel's sake. Christians throughout history have been put with criminals, and Jesus himself was crucified between two thieves.
Beka (Rebecca) Horton might rage against Kent Hovind out of jealousy and hatred like Bloody Mary, but she's just revealing what side she's on. The Bible talks about traitors and those who betray one another to be punished by ungodly governments, but the Bible also promises "it shall turn to you for a testimony." What the enemies of Christianity have never understood is that God is above them and turns their hearts whithersoever He will, and He will get the glory in the good guys (like Israel) and in the bad guys (like Pharaoh).
Kent Hovind is more the victim of the liberated American women, than the righteous law of the courts. Kent didn't start this fight, they did. They were all women who put Kent Hovind away, and they never did show what law he broke — not once. Women don't judge reasonably, but emotionally, so women are most cruel when they are in power, because they step out of their created order of being a helpmeet to man, to ruling over man, which thing the Bible forbids in the Old and New Testaments. "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to remain in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression" (I Timothy 2:11-14). Notice, this entire order goes back to creation. Kent Hovind is being persecuted by a government that has rejected the God of creation, so it will also reject the order.
Women judges, preachers, etc. are all a new thing in American history, as a result of rejecting God, the Bible, creation and the founder's beliefs and convictions. You will note that women's rights are protected today by the government, much like endangered species are. If they were as competent to do the work of men as some claim, they could fend for themselves like men instead of getting special protection like the handicapped.
People need to stop reasoning like women and start proving their facts against Kent Hovind:
–Kent Hovind is not a tax protestor (even though there's nothing wrong with that — that's how America was founded, due to the oppressive taxes from England and unreasonable demands of King George III) Go back to England if you aren't really an American by principle.
–The tax laws are fine as written. It is impossible to live in the United States without paying taxes. We are taxed on everything we do and everywhere we go. If Kent Hovind checks into a motel, he pays a special motel tax. If Kent Hovind pumps gasoline, he pays a gas tax. If Kent Hovind smoked, he would pay a tobacco tax; but for a person to say he is evading paying the tobacco tax by not smoking is to reason like a woman. Where are the men? What law has Kent broken, people? Stop the emotion, and start the logic. Kent Hovind has never refused to pay any tax he owed.
–Kent Hovind sent many letters to the IRS asking for advice, and they never answered even once! Who's evading things here? Kent Hovind asked the US attorney Michelle Heldmyer three times (a year before his arrest) in affidavits to shew him any tax laws he was violating“ no response (who's evading here?) Such affidavit was entered into the court record, and maybe that's why they are delaying the release? Why would it take ten months to release the transcript? Could it be that this judge is altering the transcript? Do all cases take this long? Why this one only? This judge is in trouble, and she knows it. Is the judge above the law? They thought so back in the Dark Ages.
–Kent Hovind is not anti-American. If you think so, you must think the founding fathers of this country were anti-American. The fact is that the definition of what an American is has changed. For most of American history, abortion was murder; Sodomites were punished by all 50 states; Creationism was taught in the schools; Judges were all men and appealed to the Bible; Money was based on true wealth (gold and silver) not paper and credit and inflation as it is now. Churches were separate from the Government and not listed as 501 (c) 3 organizations under the government.
–The Charges against Kent Hovind were from 1999 to 2002, and Glen Stoll did not even come into the picture until 2003. Know your facts before you make your emotional charges.
America is in the same place Russia was in, Germany was in, and in other ways, like Rome was in. Do you have your papers on whom you are, and can you prove it? Do you meet the current qualifications as to whether or not you have a right to exist? The Government is God now, and most professing Christians have already submitted their Bibles to their government's interpretation. Most people now put the American flag above the Bible and Patriotism to country above loyalty to God. Choose you this day whom you will serve, but you cannot please God if you're on the side of His enemies.

The Lord mentions being delivered to the “councils” (Jewish Sanhedrim) to be tried. This would be equivalent to our court system today in America. With only 5% (1 in 20) of the world's population, America's prisons incarcerate 25% (1 in 4) of all prisoners worldwide. Dr. Kent Hovind, Wrongly Prosecuted for Refusing to Take a State License!
The Police State isn't coming to America... IT'S HERE! The Bible says to beware of men who will haul you into the legal system, and you could end up in prison, losing your home, your family, your freedom... everything!
One of the most faithful preachers in America is our nation's friend, Dr. Kent Hovind of the Institute for Creation Research. Although I don't agree with all Dr. Hovind's views on creation, he clearly is a faithful gospel preacher and has a right to preach his convictions. Dr. Hovind has done so much good to turn children away from the lies of Evolution and seek after the God of the Bible instead. His nationwide presentations were reaching millions of people (which is no doubt why Satan went after him). Rebekah Horton, Pensacola Christian College’s longtime senior vice president, reported Dr. Hovind to the authorities for tax-evasion. Evangelist Kent Hovind was sentenced to 10 years in prison because of her, and his wife got one year in prison. Ms. Horton took the stand during the second day of testimony at the federal trial, testifying that Christians are supposed to pay taxes.
A lot of hateful liars have distorted the facts in an attempt to demonize Brother Hovind. As Brother Lester Roloff said, “The preacher's always the first one to be forgiven, and the last one to be forgiven.” The wicked hate the righteous. In Brother Hovind's situation, he refused a state-license for 501c3 tax-exemption status, which meant he legally was supposed to pay taxes. That's where he got into trouble. Brother Hovind argued against the state that the Church ought not have to pay taxes (which licensed churches don't). If you accept a state-license, then you don't have to pay taxes. Brother Hovind refused to do either, taking a stand against government tyranny over the church. The blame rests upon the pastors who took state licenses back in the 1950's and take them still today. Truly the love of the money is the root of all evil (1st Timothy 6:10).
The bottom line is this... The U.S. government came to America's churches in the 1950's and offered the churches tax-exemption if they took a state-license. In effect, the government has gone into business with America's churches! This is exactly what 501c3 licensing is! So today the government punished churches who don't take a license, by forcing them to pay taxes. Well, Dr. Kent Hovind stood up against them and said no more! They smashed him! Tyrants want to shut down freedom, because they want to control you. They're coming after you because you're gullible. My friend, the truth is a shocking, disturbing and continuing journey until the day that you die. I need to take a walk often because of the things that I read and hear. President Barack Obama signed the NDAA bill into law on December 31, 2011 permitting U.S. soldiers to have sex with animals. Go read it for yourself! Search the internet for "NDAA military sex animals."
The only difference between Dr. Kent Hovind and our founding fathers is that Brother Hovind stood alone (because most Christians today have sold their souls to the almighty State). Where were America's preachers when all this was happening? That's why the state of Florida went after Dr. Hovind, that is, to silence him. Dr. Kent Hovind even had his Social Security number cancelled, declaring that he was no longer required to pay taxes since he wasn't a U.S. citizen. If you read Brother Hovind's writings, you'll find that he is very knowledgeable concerning the New World Order. He knows what's really going on in this nation. Most people are woefully ignorant.
Brother Hovind understands the issues and he is tired and angry at government tyranny. These criminals in Washington have sold our nation into economic slavery. America is gone, it only exists in people's minds! Out of 535 members of congress, about 10 are honorable and honest, including Dr. Ron Paul. The rest of those cowards in congress ought to be tried and hung for their treasonous crimes against the people. The Federal Reserve Act of 1013 is treason! The NDAA law is treason! Rebecca Horton hypocritically turned Dr. Hovind into the State for tax-evasion, but churches all across America are tax-exempt. So really, Horton turned Hovind into the authorities for not taking a state license. Isn't that sad? And then she testified against him in court, for which God will hold her accountable in eternity. Horton won't have a single reward, if she's even saved. Instead of staying at home where she belongs, Horton has entered into the career woman role, doing a man's work. Men are to lead, not women. ...
I wouldn't want to be in Rebecca Horton's shoes for all the riches in this world when she stands before God on Judgment Day. What a little self-righteous hypocrite!

It's sickening! Rebecca Horton told the court that the Bible does not condone tax evasion. It also doesn't condone taking your Christian brother into a heathen court system. Do you think God is going to reward her for turning Brother Hovind into the authorities? Do you hear God saying, "Well done thou good and faithful servant?" You're an idiot if you believe that. I see the TERROR OF THE LORD (2nd Corinthians 5:9-11; Psalm 6:1; 1st Thessalonians 4:9; Romans 12:19; Romans 14:10-12; James 4:12; 5:9; Matthew 7:3-5). Horton needs to get the beam out of her own eye instead of attacking her Christian brother. Feminism has crept into our religious institutions, causing women to usurp authority over men. It's certainly NOT Christian in any manner. Biblical Christianity centers upon God's authority in the marriage, home and church. Pensacola Christian College is a heathen religious institution with a woman as Vice President, which is highly unscriptural. The fact of what has happened is proof why women should not be placed into positions of power. Women in power are destructive.
Just because most Christians are apostate and don't question the blatant crimes committed by our government leaders, doesn't mean that one man who stand up for right is a nut or criminal. The judge and Rebecca Horton demonized Dr. Hovind as an evil man because he refused a $50 state license. Brother Hovind argued that the Church should not be controlled by the State.
Pastor Texe Marrs was approached by the IRS and they told him he couldn't preach certain things anymore if he wanted to remain a 501c3 tax-exempt organization, so Brother Marrs said forget it and ceased to be a 501c3 state-licensed organization. He pays taxes on everything. This is the only thing Christian ministers can do these days, or go to jail.
Anyone who dares stand up against the tyranny of government goes to prison. However, at what point do Christians have a Biblical right to rebel? Those Christians who teach that believers should always obey government, no matter how wrong because God is in control... they fail to consider Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego who rebelled against the law. Paul broke the law when they ordered him not to preach in Jesus' name anymore. Paul was arrested and beaten for it! A couple in California was recently fined $300 for having a small Bible study in their own home. This is communism! Now you have to have a license to have a Bible study in your home? This is what communist China is like. If you gather as Christians without a permit, you go to prison or get shot. And of you go to church, they're all 501c3 state-licensed. By punishing churches with taxes, it prevents any large church from existing which is not state-licensed. Satan is taking over!
Horton belongs at home as the Bible teaches (1st Timothy 5:14-15), not being a busybody in other men's matters. 1st Timothy 5:13, “And withal they [women] learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.” This Scripture warns against taking young widows into the church (they didn't have government welfare back then). The Bible teaches that young women will gossip and cause trouble. The Bible goes on to say that young women should marry, bear children, guide the house, and give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. Horton is meddling in things which don't involve her. God will judge her by the same judgment wherewith she has judged her brother. Matthew 7:2, “For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.” Rebecca Horton's day is coming in God's court.
Rebecca Horton has brought much shame upon the name of Christ. She has given the enemies of Jesus Christ ammunition to hinder the work of God. Nationwide, skeptics and wicked people are attempting to discredit all Independent Fundamental Christian Ministries because of Horton's evil hypocrisy and clear hatred against a Christian brother. It is so sad that the most dangerous enemy Christians have today is each other. Satan loves that kind of heathendom. Jesus taught us to love one another, washing one another's dirty feet.
Beware of America's Insane Court System!
Feminism has turned American women into monsters. Literally, it's nothing less than monstrous the way some wives turn against their husbands, savagely going after him in court like a predatory wild animal. America's court system is rigged, controlled by agendas, and as heathen as Satan. American courts do NOT recognize a husband's right as the head of his home and marriage. People are imperfect. No marriage is perfect. Women get pushy and emotional. Men get frustrated and upset. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then please stop reading because your not going to understand anything else. I hope you're not an idiot. If you are, get right with God. If you give God your heart, He'll comb the kinks out of your head.
I sincerely believe that a husband and wife should make a Christian commitment to each other, to never call the police on each other unless you want to see your marriage destroyed. Police these days are paranoid, ready to use force against anybody. They'll shoot you and not think twice. At worse, if they deliberately murder you, they might lose their job. Poor children have been tasered by police, elderly ladies and even helpless people, zapped in a hospital bed for refusing to give a urine sample. Cops are insane these days. I don't know any other word to use than PUNKS! It's the appropriate word for many young police these days.
I'm tired of people giving police sympathy and the benefit of the doubt. They say, “We'll, police have a rough job with lots of stress.” Granted, they certainly do, but so do paramedics who risk getting hit by cars every day, and risk catching A.I.D.S. and other contagious diseases. No one shows any sympathy for paramedics. No one shows any sympathy for the truck mechanic who crawls under greasy trucks with snow melting in the winter and dripping street salt all over him. He hits his hand and gets hurts regularly, because it's just the nature of the job. It's a rough line of work, and thankless. It's not easy swapping out a 700 lb. 16-speed Road Ranger transmission into a truck when you're working on a non-flat floor with a sewer under your creeper, which you have to navigate around. It's a very difficult job.
My point is that many people work dangerous jobs. Construction worker is one of the most dangerous job in the world. Those guys work outdoors, 100-stories up. Can you imagine? Construction workers have one of the roughest jobs there is. I get sick seeing a woman holding a flag, getting paid as much as the rugged men who are doing all the work. So I don't glorify police the way many people do. They sit in warm squad cars and frequent the donut shop. Many of them are fat slobs. Cops should be fired when they become overly obese. I have no sympathy for most police, none! They bully people, act like jerks, stick their chest in people's faces with that badge, abusing their power.
Look at the picture of the militarized thug cop in the back. He looks like he wants to kill somebody. He's holding a machine gun. This is New York today! If you bought into the big lie that some crazy Muslims were behind the 911 attacks, then you are really gullible. Any moron can figure out that 2 planes cannot bring down 3 buildings. No plane ever struck World Trade Center (WTC) building # 7, yet it imploded in perfect symmetrical form to the ground in just 6.5 seconds! WTC was a block north of WTC's 1 and 2 that fell. It was the globalists who planned and orchestrated the 911 attacks (evidenced by a mountain of concrete evidence, and by their own statements to the media).
